While at KPMG, LLP
Mr. Thorogood worked as a senior management consultant within the Assurance Based Advisory Services (ABAS) Practice within the Consumer/Industrial Markets group located in San Diego, California. His primary oversight responsibilities in engagements to assist clients with the identification of productivity improvements and to recommend strategic policy restructuring for long-term efficiencies. Key to these assignments were client interviews, process mapping and narrative descriptions, business process analyses, and the identification of improved practices. Additional activities included new business development initiatives, seminar planning and business plan review.
